Armed Forces Day

Saturday, May 19th is Armed Forces Day. I invite you to take a moment to say a silent prayer for all who are on active duty. Whether you agree with their mission or not, our great military forces, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard, have been the driving force in keeping our country free. This includes all the freedoms we currently enjoy: Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, the right to bear arms, etc.
