The Ten Commandments of Human Relations continues...

Rule #2: Smile at people. It takes 72 muscles to frown, only 14 to smile.

I don't know about you, but I truly dislike to exercise. However, why use all those facial muscles to frown and create more wrinkles? Smiling increases your face value. Besides, who likes to look at a sourpuss? Even if you are going through a difficult challenge, smile at other people. If they know what you are going through, they will think one of two things: She's not letting that bother her, or what has she been up to causing her to smile?

Smiles are contagious and people are going to think whatever they are going to think anyway, so go ahead, smile, and let them wonder what you've been up to lately. It isn't exercising! :)
